In 2017, the City of Edmonton committed to donating parcels of land valued at $10 million to help seed the work of the Edmonton Community Development Company.
Development plans and projects are already underway for most of these lands, but the Edmonton CDC is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to partner with other civic-minded organizations in delivering innovative, viable developments that benefit the whole community.
Below are some informational profiles about CDC lands, as well as links to further info about projects and plans currently underway for those lands.
If you would like more information about these lands or projects (including how you might be able to contribute), please contact us at email@example.com.
